Refund policy
We stand behind every MULE. product we ship. If your product arrives damaged or with a defect, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery for orders placed on muleluggage.com
Returned items must be unused, in original new condition, with all tags and proof of purchase intact.
Once your return is approved:
- Free pick-up through our courier partners
- Full refund processed to your source account within 3–5 business days after receipt and inspection of the product
MULE. Luggage reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above-stated conditions.
