5-Year Limited Warranty with Free Doorstep Pickup

We stand behind every MULE. product we ship. Every product bought on muleluggage.com or authorised third-party sellers is covered against manufacturing defects for 5 years from the date of purchase.

Doorstep pick-up and delivery of warranty claims if approved.

Covered:

• Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
  

• Integrated USB Charging Port: Includes a separate 6-month warranty from the date of purchase. Regular wear, accidental damage, or misuse are not covered under this policy.

Not Covered:

• Normal wear and tear, pierced zippers
• Fading, scuffs, abrasions
• Accidental damage, misuse, neglect, or alterations
• Items without an invoice or bought outside the warranty period
